Do agents take novellas
Hi folks I'm in a bit of a tight spot. I've written two novellas, and I've looked at the websites of over forty literary agents and not one says what word length they require for a novel. Publishers do, but it just seems the done thing for agents to not do so. My first novella is just over 35 000, the other just shy of 37 000. Can anyone tell me if it's just known, but not said, that agents just don't take novellas? Or is it worth submitting?
