I do see you posted your contest on April 19th to "Writing Contests @ Writing.Com" so that is a good start. I also back up using the newsfeed.
Another suggestion is as contests don't always get a flood of first time contestants, be patient and don't give up. Maybe those interested are not currently online? Maybe extend the deadline? - ok, I just looked and I don't even see a deadline on it. That creates a feeling of "I don't have to rush to enter" you could also rerun it several times in a row to help keep it active and fresh?
