Well, yes, your prologue and first chapter are now considered published, but your book isn't. So you should still be able to submit the story. Just make sure to mention in the query that the prologue and first chapter have previously appeared on your blog as a "teaser".

Besides, as KenF mentioned, there's a fair chance they will be changed somewhat during revisions.
