The Hub

It's a very dangerous time when you feel that way. The human system works by habit formation: three meals a day, sleep at night, etc., etc.

I write something every single day. Why? Because it's a habit.

What would happen if I didn't write anything for three days? I would be forming a new habit, the habit of not writing anything.

Like I said, it's a dangerous time, more dangerous than you suspect, but if you grasp the danger, then you know what you have to do now.
