Try looking for good fight scenes in the books you're reading. Thrillers and action/adventure stories could be a good place to look. And if you're into fantasy, then Joe Abercrombie has pretty nice fight scenes.

Other than that the only advice I've got is to focus on the mental state of the characters in the scene and avoid doing a long blow-by-blow description. And short, fragmented sentenced can also give a false sense of fast pacing.
