Read it. Love it! So you a setting - 50 years in the future - and you technologies involving gifted animals as well as some others at which you've only hinted. You have a character (Lucy) - will she be your main character in the novel? What will the story be about? Does it take place before or after her accident? Before or after the animals have become obsolete? What's the main conflict of the story, the thing that Lucy has to deal with?
