Normality?

I know, I'm a day behind already. Shhhh. *Laugh*

Quick question, I'm not sure how to interpret this - normality through action and dialog to avoid boring your reader. So, ways to explain what's normal without being boring. Such as, she got out of bed, she brushed her teeth, she got dressed, she had breakfast. That sort of normal?
