October Novel Prep Challenge

Dangit, the whole reason I'm writing what I'm writing is to avoid the kind of stress that comes with crafting something serious. And yet here I am concerned that things have to be logical and internally consistent. I spent at least 30 minutes going in circles trying to resolve a plot issue, when I could have spent 15 of them playing video games.
