I'm an American living in Brazil. Like most people, I believe I have the next great American novel locked up inside me somewhere. I've started a couple novels only to realize they were crap. So, I've decided to focus on writing short stories to improve my writing and see if I can actually create and communicate stories that people would actually want to read. That's why I'm here, to enjoy my writing, to improve my writing, and to learn as much as I can from this community of writers.
