"Invalid Item"  is set to Private access.

Generally speaking --

1. Make sure you scroll down and save the edit and don't get any error messages.

2. Sometimes with book entries, your browser will get lazy and show you the previous version even though the edit has been saved properly. So to check the edit, reload the page.
