Currently when writers have specific things they want to know from reviews, they put a note to the reviewers at the top (or top and bottom) of the text of their item, in the Body text box.
You're welcome to do the same in your own items.
Expecting other people to do so? -- Not something that anyone can control.

If knowing what the writer wants to know is important to you, you're more likely to get that information in a review exchange group.
