Indication if interactive chapter has no follow on

Would be nice to have an icon on the chapter selections if the next chapter has been written but doesn't have any more completed options after that


Example:

1. Option A * (Needs writing)
2. Option B (Written)
3. Option C ^ (Chapter exists but has no completed chapters after)
