I've seen two doctors no go on surgery. I go to Physical Therapy twice a week, I work out on the elliptical and treadmill to lose unwanted pounds. As a result of that I've got muscle spasms in my back and legs. I need to go get a massage to get the knots of muscle that have developed up and down my legs. OUCH!!! Something always happens in the world of chronic pain.
