I'm looking for advice on choosing a self publishing company. Has anyone had experience with Palmetto Publishing Company? I have experience with AuthorHouse (wouldn't go there again); and Lulu (I've published two poetry books with Lulu and I'm generally happy with them). But, I've searched, in vain, for a smaller publisher where the author can develop a sense of community/collegiality with people at the publisher. Any recommendations? It's a world full of deception and I know that there is, out there somewhere, the kind of quality publisher to work with on more books.
