Noticing Newbies

Hi all. I've just signed up here, although I've been writing professionally for years, although boring stuff like reports and project proposals. I've written - but not finished - several alternate history novels. I currently have several projects going, switching between them as ideas flag. I've just posted two draft chapters from a sort of western, sort of family saga and I would love to get comments. These are still first drafts and I expect each chapter will expand on the rewrite.
