DAVE

I don't wish to write anything new
So I decided to write a line or two
and thought I would write them for you.

I write words for Dave, our leader
And sure I am they will be very meager,
For He puts in a lot of his time,

Teaching us poetry that does and don't rhyme,
Form after form, he never runs out,
Half of the time, I don't know what about

But thank you Dave for all that you do.
I doubt that any could do better than you.
