When you need technical support because you can't find something, please post in "Technical Support Forum"  using the "Need Help?" link at the top of every page.

And to access your account settings, click on "My Account", which will open a menu for "Account Settings". There's even an icon right in front of it so that you can't miss it. Not sure why you aren't able to find that, as it's the second link down in your main menu in the navigation.

You can also always access "Writing.Com 101"  at the top of every page so that you can easily look up what you are unable to figure out on your own.
