Suggestion Box

When creating a book entry there is no where to note the order number at creation. This would be beneficial as otherwise it requires going into the manage book area after each entry to insert the next number to keep them in the managed order.

A small optional field that matches the manage book field on the create entry page would allow for such a notation.
