Saving Notes From Tech Help And Non-Tech Help

Could you come up with a way to save notes (answers) to questions posed in "Technical Support Forum" Open in new Window. and "Non-Technical Support Forum" Open in new Window., much the same way we can now save posts in The Newsfeeds?
Speaking of which, I've saved a few posts on the Newsfeeds, but I don't know how to access them afterwards.
