The Ravenfly is a decastitch (ten-line poem) invented by Amanda J. Norton, writing on the Allpoetry website. The ten lines are broken into two quatrains with an alternating syllable and rhyme pattern of 8a,7b,8a,7b    8c,7d,8c,7d followed by a rhyming couplet with 10 syllables per line, as demonstrated in the following links:
