I take it you self-published? The problem is largely the same as if you trad-pubbed.

Now assuming your book is good, what are you doing to sell it?

How many followers do you have on social media?

How many reviews has it gotten?

How many visitors to your website each month?

If the answer to those last three questions are very small numbers, that's a pretty good indicator of why you haven't sold any.
