No. You can pay for a transaction with only one payment method.

What you can do is purchase enough gift points to add to what you already have, and then in a separate transaction, pay for the membership with gift points.

For example, purchasing $10 of gift points plus your 85K GPs would be enough to purchase a 2-month upgraded membership with GPs (see Points/Shop with Gift Points).

If you reviewed enough to get your current GPs to 99500 within the next 3+ weeks, purchasing $10 of GP would result in being able to purchase a 3-month Upgraded.

A 3-month Upgraded is $19.95.

If you can purchase $25 of GPs, and get your current GPs to 99500, that would be enough for a 6-month Upgraded.

While those options cost more per-day than purchasing a year's Upgraded, if you expect finances to be tight for the next while, a short Upgraded gives you the opportunity to prep your port the way you want to, for moving down to a Basic or free membership.

Also -- If you don't already have copies of your work on your own computer, you can still do that for almost all of them by using the Portfolio Export option in the Portfolio LH menu. It includes locked items of the covered item types.
