On Nov. 5 I placed an order using gift points in the amount of 199,500 leaving approx. 20,000 gift points. It appears 199,500 gift pts. were deducted twice more leaving me with -378,254. While I would like my membership extended until August 18 2019, I thought I should bring this to your attention. Any help you could provide with this would be apprectiated. Robin Gavilan
