Indeed, it looks like you somehow submitted 3 different times - 8:59pm, 9:00pm and 9:01pm. Very odd, the system really shouldn't have let it happen.

I will refund the GPs here (with a few extra for the trouble) and will then reset your expiration to February 15th 2019 for the single membership payment...
