Well, here's a sample of some of what we've compiled: "BoM/TWS/SB Wiki" .

But once I directly eyeballed the documents, I nearly despaired. Those sorts of entries could be cut-and-pasted into a WdC document. But the tables for the Student Schedules and the Class Rosters would be a nightmare to try adapting, and I'm not going to spring for a Premium membership so I can upload/host documents.

On reflection, maybe the best thing would be to simply announce what sort of resources I've got, and invite authors or would-be authors to request emailed copies.
