There are no other reported issues with users logging into the site. You should try:

1. Clearing browser cache and cookies
2. Restart browser
3. Restart computer

If none of those work, try a different browser. I recommend Google Chrome but Mozilla Firefox is a good alternative. If you are still having issues beyond that, you will need to contact some other technical support for your computer or try accessing with a different device. We have told you how to fix this multiple times and if you don't follow the advice, we can't help you further.
