Getting 'virus scanner error code 2 unable to process request at this time.' The error occurred while attempting to replace my old bio photo. Currently I have no bio avatar.
Does the error code mean there is something wrong with the avatar file? Or, will it be able to process the request some time in the future? Appreciate any response.
