Funny that you said you don't "remember" having any nightmares. One of the medications given to nightmare patients doesn't stop the nightmares, but stops them from remembering that they had one. Interesting idea. It seemed to work for me. I don't fear sleeping now. Now I just have trouble staying asleep for some "unknown" reason.
