While I appreciate your concern, it was all taken care of. We always take care of any such problems... you have no need to worry to about other folks as that is our job. I think for it happening between 5am and 6am on Mother's Day Sunday, my response time to take care of the issues was pretty good.
Hopefully you'll understand when I say that multiple posts from the same person about issues already posted about do not assist us -- that actually slows me down as I try to parse through the various posts, emails and comments around the site from members having issues. One post to notify us per person is just the right amount.
Meanwhile, anyone I may have missed or anyone else having issues should contact us directly and they'll be taken care of as well.
