If the novel is in a Book item, the Book item itself and each individual entry within the Book item can be reviewed separately, although all ratings and reviews are accumulated to the Book item itself rather than to the individual entries. The Book's Review page shows which entry a review belongs to and the listing is searchable by entry number. The only time reviews and Book items get complicated is with AutoRewards (the full AutoReward amount is paid for reviews of each entry as well as for the Book item) and requesting reviews (see the FAQ section of Review Requests from Writing.Com 101 for details). If the novel chapters are stored in Static items, each Static item can be reviewed on its own. If you're rewriting a chapter or adding additional chapters to the same Static item, then the Static item can be reviewed again by the same person if they clear their rating, but the incentives like AutoRewards and Review Rewards are not available after the first time. The same situation exists with updating or adding to the same Book entry. Hope that helps. Northernwrites___ ~~Image #6000 Sharing Restricted~~ ~~Image #603504 Sharing Restricted~~ |
