That item was transferred to you by Countrymom, the original owner, and you recently transferred it to 🌷 Carol St.Ann 🌷 -- and the awardicon image shows on the item there, but isn't shown on her Community page in with other awardicons of the same type. Those are the symptoms of a hidden awardicon.

When you had the item, might you have hidden the awardicon because it would look like you'd awarded your own item?

I think if Carol checks her Awardicon page, she'd find it in the hidden awardicons listing, and could use the option when viewing the awardicon to unhide it.
