Community/Read a Newbie isn't working properly at the moment. The StoryMaster.

You can get there another way.

Go to Browse By Type/Statics (or whatever other type you want).
On the search results page, open the drop-down menu labeled More options... and tick the box for Only by newbies. Click Update at the bottom of the drop menu.

Wait for the reload. There you go.
