I had just finished making a new chapter for an interactive story when, after hitting the Add Chapter button, I got a message saying I should try again by refreshing or searching with Bing, but every time I tried to do anything with writing.com after this I got the same message with the detail saying "INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE" until I closed it down and started again even though a system report indicated my Internet connection wasn't an issue and the website was working.
