Yep. I'm in computer hardware, though, and in the past five years or so almost everyone we've hired is from India. I'm a technical lead for a team in which the other 8 members were all born in India and went to and Indian college for their undergraduate degree. Sahitya is not on my team, though. It's actually been an interesting and positive experience, even aside from getting an Indian bar at the company cafeteria.
