You have a free membership. The Basic membership is a paid membership.

As far as I know -- as the owner of the interactive, whatever you can edit with a chapter from a free member, you can also edit when the chapter was added by a paid member who can add an extra choice. Otherwise you could not do your job to moderate the item.

I would expect the number of forms for specifying follow-on chapters to remain the same even after you edit the chapter -- in other words, the forms would still be there in the edit screen even if they didn't have text = were turned off -- because the chapter was added by a paid member. The way the chapter remembers that isn't part of what you can edit.
