Unfortunately, it sounds like their email is not formatted in a way our email system understands. We are not primarily an email service and so you can not compare us to Gmail or Hotmail. Our email system puts in more protections against spammers and scammers that often use tactics like that to trick people... We do disallow certain types of image click requirements in emails and that may be the problem you're having with the recipe emails. So sorry! We are primarily a writing site and our tools center on that.
