by A Non-Existent User

>>>
[Radio Announcer] “It is estimated that almost half the country is now out of ...[ STATIC NOISE] ... is in sight and we, Americans, should not despair any longer. Unemployment is declining; therefore, by the end of this summer, the job market will improve; we will begin to feel signs of relief. ...[STATIC NOISE]...”

Should I leave it inside the brackets like this, or is there another way to write this??
