Please have them email to me with the following information as it would appear in the account:

Account Username
First name, Last Name,
Postal Code
Birthdate M/D/Y
Email Address that they provided on signup


With that and your own vouching for them as family members, I will reset the off-site email addresses to be something current so they can use the password reset system.
