In order to use the lyrics to a copyrighted song in your own to-be-published work, you'd need to get permission from the copyright holder. A disclaimer won't cut it.
Song titles aren't copyrighted. You can refer to a song by title -- something like they sang along to "such-and-such" -- and then cite the song with all required information in the front matter.
There's a informational copyright book written by a lawyer for writers/etc. linked near the bottom of the site copyright policy which is linked in "Writing.Com 101" . You may be able to find it at your local library.
For proper citations, see a style guide that includes such information. A publisher may have a preference as to which style guide is used.
