Egad... I'm showing the same on iPhone via iOS 13.

But on my other iPhone that's still running the latest iOS 12, it's fine!

Which means they brought something in the back end "webkit" software that Apple shares with all the major platforms.

Thanks for reporting it ...
but it'll take me some time to figure out what exactly they broke.
