Yes, you currently have no items in your port.
There is one other possibility: Is it possible that you might have used the Portfolio Export tool to download a copy of your items to your computer or a flashdrive -- and also have forgotten about doing that?
Take a look at the options available at Portfolio/Portfolio Export =
and look for any of those types of files on your computer.
If it helps, your paid membership expired 04-30-2019. You might have used the Portfolio Export tool after any items were locked, as well, since it'll pull locked items too.
