Zero cigarettes through the week; there were a few times it got kind of tough but most of the week went very well. I am also done with the nicotine patches, I haven't used one since Sunday and I'm down to two pieces of nicotine gum per day, one between mid-morning and noon, the other late afternoon or early evening.
It feels awesome to not smoke, I'm already feeling better, breathing better, and have more energy. I guess the third time is a charm!
