For reviews in general, see Reviewers in the left nav menu. It contains public reviews sent for the past 31 days.

For a particular item, there is no guaranteed way to see reviews done by other people. If they were sent within the past 31 days and sent public, they'll probably be in the Reviewers listing. You can search the listing by the item number.

The site doesn't provide a direct way to see other reviews of the same item for several reasons, one of which is that the author deserves to get each reviewer's personal impressions and opinions without having them skewed by what other people said.
