Thank you so much for the alternatives! I'll get right on it.

I wasn't sure which month to call this one, so I counted the defunct months and wrote 1/5 instead! (And I'll keep entering the listed alternatives until I get to 5/5.)

The other two entries I need to write for months with active contests (July 2017 and May 2018) will of course be posted in the traditional way as soon as I finish them.

EDIT: Schnujo OH NO. Just discovered that The Lighthouse Poetry Contest is closed for January! If there's another option, I will gladly take it! A couple of the contests you listed have daily prompts or allow more than one entry. I could always do that if it would work, too.
