Questions about how to use the site belong in "Technical Support Forum.

That said --

If the template name is listed in the drop-menu for the template manager in the Review Tool, it's there. However, you can't start a review by opening the Review Tool from My Account. You have to choose the item first, scroll to the review area at the bottom and click the Review Tool button there, which opens a draft connected to that item. THEN you can use the template manager to choose the template and load it. Note: Be sure to load the template before you type anything.

When the Review Tool shows you an image that is not set to share with everyone, it's not "you" displaying the image, it's the system, so it shows the error message. When you send the review, it shows normally because then it IS "you" displaying the image. As long as you can see the image from an image tag in the ScratchPad page, you don't need to worry about that error message.
