First, You did this on February 2nd. It's now February 8th ... we've already printed, hand assembled, paid for the postage and mailed these out to you.

Second, the system is actually very clear on the cost... and requires 2 clicks between the purchase and confirmation. All the information is very clearly provided. It's important on Writing.Com, and frankly ALL sites, to read things before you click and double read confirmation screens.


All the same, the system should NOT have let you spend more GPs than you had. Our bad there for sure, so no problem on clearing up the ~91k GPs balance issue. I'll send back the amount you're negative and bring you back to 0.

But really, if you didn't want them, it would have been best to tell us immediately after it happened so we could save the postage, supplies and time spent creating and mailing them to you.
