From the error messages, it looks like you were probably trying to create a product review multiple times for the same book.

WDC doesn't control what Amazon has available in the backend database that WDC accesses. It may be that particular book isn't in that database.

You can try using the ID number from another edition of the book, or wait and try again later, when Amazon may have updated their database to include that book, or may be allowing WDC better access, as the error message mentioned.
