Hi Somik.

When you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page of your portfolio, for example, you will see Site Links and under it Refer a Member. Click to it and the new window will pop up with your personal referral URL.

You can also use 'Tell a Friend' feature. On the left side click to Writing.Com Resources-->Tell a Friend. You will see your referral code and you can also email your friends directly from there, letting them know about your WdC portfolio.
