Unfortunately, the last order and payment from you that our system shows is March 2019. It doesn't show that you went through the Writing.Com shop process recently. How did you make the payment? Please check your card receipt and be sure it shows as a charge from "Writing.Com". If it does, I'll need a transaction ID from you to see if we can track it down.
