Greets,

I just did a test creation of an animated GIF and it worked as expected:


          Meow - This is a test.


So.... Hmmm, it would appear that this isn't a site issue.

I would note that when you drag the new image over, it will not animate initially on the upload screen...
But it did animate as soon as I closed the upload screen and moved into the actual creation of the item.
